2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter legally binding contracts to use the Service. By using Leedo, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3) Our Services

Leedo provides recruiting automation tools that:

• identify potential hiring managers using public business data,
• enrich and verify contacts via integrated third-party providers,
• generate outreach suggestions using AI,
• allow export or syncing of leads to CRMs like Salesforce.

We may update, enhance, or discontinue features at any time.

4) Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes,
• misrepresent your identity, or impersonate others,
• attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service,
• use data obtained via Leedo to spam, harass, or otherwise breach applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, APPI).

We reserve the right to monitor and enforce compliance.

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Taxes and payment processing fees may apply.
• Unused credits expire 30 days from the date of purchase or allocation. Expired credits cannot be recovered or refunded.

• All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain with Leedo.
• You retain rights in content you upload but grant us a license to use it as necessary to operate the Service.
• You may not copy, resell, or exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Leedo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leedo and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13) Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
• Some provisions (e.g., liability, indemnity) will survive termination.

14) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
