Do credits roll over?
Yes. Unused monthly credits carry over for one month, so your monthly balance can build up to twice your plan's allowance (Solo 100, Growth 300, Scale 760). Anything above that cap at renewal is forfeited. Purchased top-up credits are a separate bucket and never expire.
What is a scraper slot?
A scraper slot is one saved search profile — a niche, region and set of roles — that Leedo scrapes on a schedule to surface new hiring signals and leads. Solo includes 1 slot, Growth 4, and Scale 8. You can add more on any plan for $15/mo each.
What counts as one lead?
One lead is one company plus 2 verified hiring-manager contacts — each with a verified business email and a matching LinkedIn profile. Unlocking a lead costs one credit, so your monthly credits equal the number of leads you can unlock (Growth's 150 credits = 150 leads).
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated so you only pay the difference for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
The trial runs for 7 days and includes 10 credits, with no credit card required. When it ends, pick a plan to keep going — nothing is charged automatically unless you choose to subscribe.
How many users are included and can I add more?
Solo includes 1 seat, Growth 4, and Scale 8. Every seat comes with its own sending mailbox, and you can add extra seats on any plan for $5/mo each — a Solo user can add seats without upgrading.
